Our services help children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
We help young people deal with difficult life experiences such as bereavement, bullying, relationship problems, issues at school or work, physical illness, pregnancy or abuse.
If something is worrying a young person then talking about it can usually help. Our therapists assess and treat young people with a wide range of difficulties.

- Bereavement & Loss
- Emotional & behavioural disturbances
- Academic difficulties
- Self-harm
- Suicidal ideation
- Sleep problems
- Isolation
- Family breakdown
- Eating disorders
- Substance misuse
- Identity issues
It may be helpful to know:
- Therapy sessions are usually weekly, sometimes more and sometimes less frequent. The frequency will depend on your needs.
- At the end of each appointment you will be invited to make another one if you want to.
- Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
- You will see the same therapist(s) for all your sessions.
- According to needs, parent work is done alongside the young person’s therapy.
